VendiBean (“VendiBean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides office coffee and vending machine services to businesses and their employees, guests, and customers. Payment Information From Vending Machines

When you make a purchase at one of our vending machines using a credit card, debit card, or mobile payment method, the transaction is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), our third-party payment processor.

VendiBean does not collect, view, or store your full card number, expiration date, or card security code. Stripe processes and stores this information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as the purchase amount, transaction date, machine location, and a transaction identifier, for accounting, service, and support purposes.

Information We Do Not Collect on the Site

Our Site does not collect payment card information, and we do not require visitors to create an account to browse the Site.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries, quote requests, and messages submitted through the Site
• Set up, manage, and support vending machine and office coffee service accounts for our business clients
• Process and reconcile vending machine transactions through Stripe

We do not currently use cookies for third-party behavioral advertising.

Payment information is retained by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own retention practices.
